1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to promptly update your account information should any changes occur. 99bon reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including withdrawal limitations and account closure.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 99bon. Creation of multiple accounts, whether using different personal information, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material violation of these Terms. The Company employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through various means, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method verification, and behavioral analysis.

Upon discovery of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, 99bon reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or terminate all associated accounts; (b) void any winnings generated across all duplicate accounts; (c) confiscate remaining balances; (d) cancel pending withdrawal requests; and (e) revoke any bonuses or promotional benefits obtained through duplicate accounts. Legitimate deposits may be returned at the Company's sole discretion after deducting administrative fees and investigative costs.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Protection

Upon account creation, you will establish a password for accessing 99bon services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent 99bon customer support.

The Company strongly recommends implementing robust password security practices, including using complex passwords combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters; avoiding easily guessable information such as birthdays or names; and changing passwords regularly. 99bon offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection, which the Company strongly encourages all Users to enable.

3.2 Account Activity Liability

You acknowledge and agree that you bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through your 99bon account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. This includes all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims made using your login credentials. Should you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify 99bon customer support and change your password.

99bon shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials or from sharing your login information with third parties. The Company is not obligated to recognize claims of unauthorized account use unless sufficient evidence is provided demonstrating that such unauthorized access occurred despite your reasonable security precautions.

3.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not permit any other person to access or use your 99bon account under any circumstances. Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to place wagers on your behalf, or engaging in any form of collaborative gaming activity that violates the single-player nature of account usage is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

99bon accepts deposits through various Philippine payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and select credit/debit card networks. 4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Verification

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method used for deposit, unless circumstances make this impossible or impractical, in which case alternative arrangements may be made with customer support approval.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash withdrawals (up to 30 minutes for amounts under ₱100,000); bank transfers (2-4 business hours during banking days); and other methods as specified at the time of withdrawal request. Processing times commence only after successful completion of all verification requirements. 99bon endeavors to process withdrawals as quickly as possible but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

99bon maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended, and PAGCOR regulations. The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions, unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns, or activities that may indicate money laundering or terrorist financing.

Players are required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x playthrough) before withdrawal requests will be processed. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any games or platform features;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment disputes, or using stolen payment methods;
• Abusing bonus terms through systematic exploitation or employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds.

Upon discovery of any prohibited activities, 99bon reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending account(s); (b) void all associated winnings and confiscate remaining account balances; (c) reverse any withdrawals processed through potentially fraudulent means; (d) report suspicious activity to relevant authorities; and (e) pursue legal action for recovery of damages.

6.3 Game Malfunction Policy

In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue affecting gameplay, 99bon reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund stakes. If a malfunction results in incorrect payouts, the Company may adjust Player accounts to reflect the correct outcomes. Players experiencing game malfunctions should immediately cease play and contact customer support to report the issue. Continuing to play after becoming aware of a malfunction may result in voiding of subsequent bets.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 99bon platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any content obtained from 99bon without express written permission from the Company.

The "99bon" name, logo, and all related branding elements are proprietary trademarks owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While 99bon strives to maintain continuous service availability, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The 99bon website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

99bon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice or liability. This includes scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from service interruptions, technical difficulties, or temporary unavailability of features.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99bon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, arising from or relating to your use or inability to use 99bon services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of 99bon services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is less.

9.3 Force Majeure

99bon shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics or pandemics, internet service provider failures, power outages, equipment malfunctions, or disruptions in telecommunications networks.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions, your use of 99bon services, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any disputes.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute with 99bon will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 99bon. The Company collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 99bon account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, the Company will process any pending withdrawals, resolve outstanding issues, and permanently deactivate your account. Before account closure is finalized, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining account balance and complete any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.

12.2 Termination by 99bon

99bon reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, at the Company's sole discretion. 13.5 Language

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail and govern.
